PALE DI POTATO with GARLIC AIOLI DIP

Pale di Potato Ingredients:

Mayonnaise 2 Aps
Ketchup 1 Aps
Chili Flakes ½ Aps
Chopped Basil ½ Aps
Sautéed Garlic 1 Aps
Tabasco as per taste
(MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER PROPERLY FOR A DIP)

Garlic Aioli Dip
Ingredients:

Mayonnaise 2 Aps
Ketchup 1 Aps
Chili Flakes ½ Aps
Chopped Basil ½ Aps
Sautéed Garlic 1 Aps
Tabasco as per taste
(MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER PROPERLY FOR A DIP)

 

Preparation

A simple amount of quantity of potato should be along with the Potato Skin while peeling. Mix all ingredients as per given above in a Mixing Bowl along with the Potato Skin. Once done mixing store in a Fridge for 5-10 mins. After Storage time is over take out the Mix and coat the Potato Skin with Flour and Deep-Fry till the Colour is Golden Brown. Once Golden Brown take it out on a plate and garnish with Parsley on top and lemon wedges, served with Garlic Aioli Dip. Total Preparation Time: 20 – 25 mins
